In 2021, Dennis had the joy of walking his youngest daughter, Erin, down the “aisle” in a heartfelt ceremony held in Austin, Texas. Set against the stunning backdrop of the Colorado River, the service was followed by an evening filled with music, laughter, and dancing on a decommissioned bridge. One of the most memorable moments was the father-daughter dance to Fine Young Cannibals’ “She Drives Me Crazy”—a song Dennis had lovingly envisioned for this moment ever since its release in 1989.
